Brave
I learned how to use watercolors last year and fell in love with the medium. I love portraits and I painted this one thinking on how many women hide their suffering and weaknesses as they go on putting all their efforts to succeed. To succeed as women, to succeed as mother's, to succeed in provision for their families, to succeed alone. The medium gave me enough freedom to use warm and cool colors. I painted this portrait on watercolor paper, used watercolor paints and added some graphite , and colored pencil details. (that's why I put this in mixed media)
