The Gift

This was created for my son's occupational therapist as a gift to show our appreciation for all of her help. My son is on the autism spectrum and she has been the hope we needed in this world. These two horses were her very first horses that she rescued and subsequently rehabilitated and used to help children with disabilities. She runs a nonprofit equine therapy program called "Special Cheers". The horses i've painted have since passed away and I wanted to immortalize them in a painting for her.
